- Customer payments received through franchise-generated orders are adjusted against the franchise partner’s deposit balance.
- The deposit balance decreases according to processed order amounts.
6.4 Deposit Recharge
- Once the deposit balance becomes fully utilized or exhausted, the franchise partner must recharge or renew the deposit to continue business operations.
6.5 Company Responsibilities

- Backend technical support
6.6 Franchise Partner Responsibilities
Franchise partners are responsible for:
- Promoting their website
- Managing customer communication professionally
- Avoiding misleading advertisements or false commitments
- Following company policies and ethical business practices
